There are times (like when you’re figuring out a post like this) that you will need to fire up devstack in a VM, and in said VM ensure KVM is running. Here’s how to do that: Add ‘vmv.allow = TRUE’ to the VMX file. I do this in vagrant like so: # VMware Fusion config.vm.provider
