Deploy Rackspace Private Cloud with Vagrant

I know I’ve done a few of these before, but Mr. Thorne does a much much better job than I could. In addition, he has builds for VMware Fusion and VirtualBox. Also, scenarios with HA controllers, Neutron, and more.
