David Stamen presents the second session on the VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) certification which covers:
– ESXi requirements (HCL review), installation, configure management interface, setup ESXi AD auth
– Review ESXi services, what they are used for (FDM, SSH, etc…)
– Configure ESXi firewall
– Install common add-ons; dump collector, syslog server and configure ESXi to use these services
