Another interesting bit from the VCP4 blueprint was in a line item under the “Tools” section under objective 3.5. The tool is “OVF Tool”. New on me. Perhaps new on you too. It seems that there has not been much in the way of publicity about it. A Google search lead me to the this vinternals post.
This in turn led to the download link for the OVF tool. As well as an overview of how to use it:

The download link in the post appears to be working. You may have to register at the VMware website for the tool however.
