Over the past year, I have worked with various healthcare and financial service organizations with thousands of Windows devices running VMware’s Horizon client software. Upon examining these clients, I found networking issues, hardware that couldn’t handle the load placed on them, and misconfigured systems. I have aggregated this data, and in this session, I will show you the most common issues I have found affecting the performance of Horizon clients, the effects they’ve had on Horizon end-users, and some of the steps I’ve taken to mitigate these effects.
