This year will be the fourth community party before vForum Sydney. Inspired by VMunderground and designed to let the VMware community come together before the conference starts this is one of the most fun parts of vForum.
This year vForum in Sydney coincides with the OpenStack Summit in Paris, where I will be producing more vBrownBag TechTalks. As a result I am very thankful that Craig Waters has stepped up to organize the party this year. You can find out more about the party on Craig’s blog post, or skip straight to the registration page.
Craig is also stepping up to organize vBrownBag TechTalks at vForum, this will be the third year of TechTalks. It is not too late to signup to present a TechTalk at vForum Sydney, simply use this link.
I’ve been going to the Sydney VMware conference since 2006 when it was a few hundred people at the Marriott Sydney harbour. This was so long ago that VUM was still just a concept. I’m sorry to be missing the event this year, hopefully in 2015 the schedules won’t clash so much.
